BICYCLES STOLEN FOR TWO
Police received a call from two boys who found their missing bicycles three hours after they were stolen from a School Street residence. The bicycles were found at the Big Apple. Police said an 18-year-old man received a summonsed for receiving stolen property and a 19-year-old was arrested for receiving stolen property.
OUT OF CONTROL
A Plaza Drive woman called police to report her 16-year-old daughter was out of control. Police said the daughter was following the mother around the house with a steak knife and calling her names. The daughter was arrested for domestic violence criminal threatening.
SEX OFFENSE
Police said 18-year-old Bruce McDonough of Charles Street was arrested and charged with unlawful sexual contact with a minor. The man was arrested at Sanford High School.
BAD, BAD BOYFRIEND
Police said an 18-year- old was charged with criminal mischief after he smashed the windshield of his girlfriend’s Volkswagen and broke her cell phone. The same man was charged again with criminal mischief and terrorizing after a Grammar Road resident called to report suspicious cars on the side of the road. When police arrived, they learned the man had broken his girlfriends CD player, punched her car and threw her keys into the woods.
THIEVERY
A 21-year-old man was arrested for burglary, criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police said the man had broken into the redemption center on Nason Street where he stole rolls of quarters and bags of bottles.
