Much has been accomplished in the last four years. I have been a proven consensus builder and lender in economic development. We need to grow the commercial/business tax base increasing the percentage of tax burden that said entities incur. Only in this manner can the municipality reduce property tax burden on homeowners. Creating opportunity for all means just that opportunity for business to be more profitable, opportunity for individuals to receive higher wages, opportunity for homeowners to reduce their tax burden.
